Primary Role: Manage the Franchise marketing team and all sales and marketing initiatives. Develop and implement an annual marketing plan, which promotes franchise services and develops a diverse customer base. Train and coach a professional marketing team capable of achieving annual sales revenues goals. Manage and improve customer satisfaction including the resolution of any customer complaints.

Results Expected: The annual marketing plan is effectively executed, resulting in the achievement of annual sales revenue goals, building brand awareness, an increase in new customers and expansion of diverse markets. The franchise marketing team is competent and effective in their sales and marketing efforts. Customer expectations are met or exceeded and all customer complaints are resolved quickly and as much as possible (feasible) to the satisfaction of the customer.

Primary Role: Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Utilize the quarterly Marketing Media Kit to market SERVPRO services and to sell the benefits. Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring that customer needs are met.

Results Expected: Established sales goals are met or exceeded. Customer base is diverse and new customers are routinely added. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. Customer jobs are completed either meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Implement and adhere to accounting guidelines and reporting requirements. Ensure that all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation. Develop and implement an annual office administration plan and budget, to automate and improve office productivity. Train and coach all office personal to efficiently perform all assigned tasks. Serve as the in house expert on utilizing Quick Books Pro®, ScanER XL®, ManagER®, and Microsoft Office. Manage and improve customer satisfaction including the resolution of customer complaints.

Results Expected: The annual office plan is effectively executed, resulting in the efficient operation and appropriate support of all franchise functions. All accounting transactions are current and proper accounting procedures are followed. All reporting is accurate and timely. Customer files are audited and contain proper documentation. The franchise office team is competent and effective in all administrative tasks. Customer expectations are met or exceeded and all customer complaints are resolved quickly and as much as possible (feasible) to the satisfaction of the customer.

Primary Role: Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO production guidelines. Communicate with the customer to make sure that all needs are met. Support crew chief and other production personnel as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse and office areas as needed.

Results Expected: Production processes are performed according to guidelines and work orders. Communications to crew chief and customer are timely. Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations. Vehicles, equipment, and facilities remain clean, orderly, and working properly.
